Tollywood film chambers issue

The Andhra Pradesh and Telangana split have affected the film industry as well. After the days of disrupting film shootings and releases, the issues still persists even after the state bifurcation. A Special film chamber for Telangana is formed and they are demanding division of the existing film chamber and all the assets of it.
Andhra Pradesh Film Chamber of Commerce is out rightly rejecting it and has changed its name to 'Telugu film chamber of commerce' to serve both the states. Both the chambers have been taking different stands on various issues like film workers, wages etc. which is quite a big operational challenge.
Telangana government is mostly silent in this issue so as not to give an impression that the government is harassing Tollywood. However the issue will be haunting the film industry for a long time.
