Amithabh Bachchan to make a cameo in ‘Yaan’

Big B in a cameo: If Tamil movie lovers like to believe in rumours, then they should have a reason to be joyful. According to sources, Bollywood actor, Amitabh Bachchan will be making a guest appearance in the upcoming Kollywood movie named Yaan. The movie is the directorial debut of Ravi K. Chandran, the cinematographer in the award winning Tamil film, KannathilMuthamittal and many famous Bollywood films like DilChahtaHai, Koi… Mil Gaya, Paheli, Fanaa, Black etc. If speculations of the industry are right, then Big B is to make a cameo in the movie by Ravi. Bachchan and Ravi worked together in the critically acclaimed Bollywood movie, Black, where Ravi was the cinematographer and Amitabh played the protagonist. They have been friends since then. Curiously enough, Amitabh was recently noted to express his desire to star in a Tamil movie, should he get a chance. And who better to start with than a friend? So, the million dollar question among fans and in the industry is, will Yaan be that movie? Or, is this all just a coincident rumour? Only time will tell. No official source has been able to confirm anything in this regard, but the hopeful fans are keeping their fingers crossed.Amithabh Bachchan to make a cameo in ‘Yaan’
