Samantha – in love with her life
Samantha is on cloud nine now with movies becoming blockbusters one after another and a new hobby making her even happier. The gorgeous lady who is working in Kollywood currently revealed that she has started taking horse riding lessons. Trisha showered Samantha with encouragements for her new love and insisted that she is going to enjoy her new addiction. Samantha twitted, I think love is gonna happen. Samantha is now having busy days with upcoming Tamil film where she will be sharing her screen with Vikram and Allu Arjun, the untitled film is directed by Trivikram’s, Samantha has now taken the hearts of Tamil fans with her latest hit Kathi, the film is also planned to be remade into Telugu which will be release later this month.
Samantha started as usual like many actress with modeling, she started her film career with critically acclaimed Telugu romance film, Ye Maaya Chesave which was made by Gautam Menon. She went on to win a Filmfare award for best debut and later on went to become a successful actress with many commercially successful hits mainly in Telugu Cinema. Samantha recently became the second actress after Revathy to grab a Filmfare award for Best Female Tamil actress and Filmfare award for best Telugu actress.
Samantha started her career with the release of Gautham Menon’s Telugu film, Ye Maaya Chesave and which was made into Tamil as Vinaythandi Varuvaya, the film had a great anticipation before release, it was mainly because of the pairing of AR Rahman and Gautam Menon for the first time. Samanth was signed up for the project in August. The film saw Samantha playing the character named Jessie , who is an Christian woman who is in love with a Hindu guy. The film was met by enthusiastic reviews from critics, praising Samantha for her performance and aesthetic quality of the film. Samanthas debut was considered as one of the best in Telugu Cinema and praised for her stunning screen presence and look along with Naga Chaitanya.
Post Ye Maaya Chesave
Samantha next film was a romantic drama Baana Kaathadi where she shared screen with Adhrvaa. The film was released on August 2010 to positive reviews; Samantha played the role of a Student from National Institute of Fashion Technology. Samantha was described as an actress with both great potential and Intelligence taking comparison with Revathi. The film bombed at box office but her performance was widely praised. Samanthas next film Brindaavanam where she acted alongside NTR and Kajal Aggarwal, again received good reviews for her performance as Indu. The film was her second successful film in Telugu.
Rise to Pinnacle
2011 -2013 saw Samantha establishing herself as one of the most prominent actress in Cinema, her unique blend of charm, good looking and acting skills helping her into the rise towards prominence. Dookudu where she starred alongside Mahesh Babu went onto become one of the greatest hits of Telugu cinema or Indian Cinema. This was followed by one of the most successful experimental film Naan E, which told a touching story about an insect and love. Samantha has now established as one of the best actress from India.
