Akkineni Nagarjuna
Akkineni Nagarjuna born in 1959 is an Indian actor as well as producer with his most of the works being accredited to the Telugu Cinema industry? With his tremendous acting skills, he has played lead, cameo as well as supporting roles in more than ninety movies. He has also been awarded two National Film Awards, nine state Nandi Awards and two Filmfare Awards South. For his works in films of biographical and critical importance, he has also been critically receipted. Nagarjuna was starred in a romantic drama movie Gitanjali under the direction of Maniratnam for which he was rewarded well with National Film Award for Best Popular Film Providing Wholesome Entertainment. Later, same year he astonished the industry with his works in Siva, which was an action blockbuster under the direction of popular director Ram Gopal Varma. In the year 2013 Cinema of South India was represented by him at the Delhi Film Festival’s 100 years of Indian Cinema Celebration.
Career in the Tollywood
He began his acting career as a child artist with a telugu movie in thet year 1967, with Sudigundalu. The movie was filmed under the direction of Adurthi Subbarao. The lead role of the movie was played by none other than his father Akkineni Nageswara Rao. After he grew up and crossed his tender age, he did his debut as a lead actor in the movie Vikram in 1986. The movie was a remake version of another hindi movie “hero” which was later directed by V. Madhusudhana Rao. His later successful movies were Manju by dasari narayana rao, Sankeertana with a director doing his debut Geetha Krishna.
Nagarjuna’s Studio facing issues
Nagarjuna recently set up his N Convention centre and since the very beginning things seem to be going tough about it. Firstly the same went into problems regarding it illegal construction against the GHMC and thus the actor was caught in legal issues and troubles to cope up with. Sources reveal that there was some kind of loan borrowed from the Andhra bank by the actor and family which they failed to pay back. The amount being a heavy one is INR 32.3 crores. Also there was a debt under the Indian bank with an INR 29.76 crores. In order to get back their payments, the bank authorities have seized up his studio at Hyderabad. The Hyderabad studi Annapurna is spread in seven acres. Both the banks have unanimously released a notice in the esteemed daily regarding their action of seize. The same has been done on 20th march and thus they have clarified all the third part alignments and rest business makers with the same to be addressed of the news. The notice states that the bank authorities have brough the issue under the consideration of the family members Nagarjuna, Venkat, Naga Susheela , Supriya, Nimmagadda Prasad and Venkat Roddam, . But they haven’t received any response regarding the same drom their family. The nagarjuna family is trying to resolve the issue sooner.
