Chennakesava Reddy story at a glance
Bharat (Balakrishna) is a sincere and dedicated police officer in Mumbai. In a short span of time he is regarded as a fearless officer. A parallel story is that of Bharat's father Chennakesava Reddy. A police officer (Sivakrishna) posted at Pulivendula keeps a politician and local faction leader Ananthraj and his men under control. With the politics of Ananthraj, Siva Krishna gets transferred to Tihar jail. There he gets to know about Chennakesava Reddy who is serving sentence for the past 22 years on a false case. Siva learns about the story and manages to get Chennakesava Reddy release. Chennakesava Reddy returns to his village after 22 years, then on he starts taking revenge on his rivals. The rest of the story is how Bharat along with his mom (Tabu) got separated from his father and will they reunite.
