Annavaram story at a glance
Annavaram (Pawan Kalyan) and Vara Lakshmi (Sandhya) are siblings who share great love and affection. Vara Lakshmi [referred to as 'Varam'] gets married to a guy (Siva Balaji) who runs a canteen in Hyderabad. Goons in the city harass Varam and her husband for obvious reasons. When his sister comes to his village for delivery, Annavaram goes to Hyderabad. The rest of the story is all about how he eradicates the goons in Hyderabad by the time her sister delivers her baby and returns to Hyderabad.

Pawan Kalyan movie always commands good expectations from the audience and this movie is no different. But the movie being a strong sister sentiment product, it did not go well with the fans and finally it remained as an average grosser. -
