Visaka Express story at a glance

Two strangers Dr. Raja (Rajiv Kanakala) and Ravi Varma (Allari Naresh) meet in a train journey. As the travel, they speak to each other and become instant friends. Raja is frustrated with his drunkard father (Kota Srinivasa Rao) and tells his problems to Ravi. Few days later, Raja’s father meets with an accident and brought to Ravi's hospital. Later he dies of poisoning and the blame is put on the doctor. In fact Ravi Varma is the culprit behind Raja’s father death. He insists Raja to kill his unfaithful wife (Preeti Jhangiani) in exchange of murdering his father. Why did Ravi insist Raja and who is his wife forms the rest of the story.
