Seetharamula Kalyanam Lankalo story at a glance
Chandu (Nitin) is a fearless boy and a college going student. He falls in love with his junior Nandini shortly called as Nandu (Hansika Motwani). Nandu’s father (Suman) is a big factionist in Rayalaseema. VP (Salim Panda) is another noted factionist. He too falls in love with Nandu at the first sight and wishes to marry her. So he kidnaps her and arranges for wedding. The rest of the story is all about how Chandu enters the house of VP and rescues Nandu from VP and how he marries her.

- This is Nitin and Hansika’s first combination film.
- Director Eshwar made his debut with same banner with Siddu from Srikakulam starring Allari Naresh.
- This film’s audio launch was held in Vizag. Minister Pasupuleti Balaraju launched the audio CD and gave the first unit to Vizag collector Shyamala Rao.
- Police Commissioner N Sambasiva Rao launched audiocassette and gave the first copy to K Mallik.

Director Eshwar revealed that this film’s story is inspired from the epic, Ramayanam where Rama has to save Seetha from Lanka when the movie just about to hit screens.
