Mogudu story at a glance
Bujji (Gopichand) is brought up in a joint family and he works in a car showroom. Rajeswari (Taapsee) is the daughter of a female politician (Roja). Both of them fall in love and parents agree for their marriage. They get seperate right after the marriage because elders of both families fight in the wedding. The rest of the story is all about how Bujji gets back Rajeshwari and clears the differences in both families.

The movie bombed miserably at the box office. The hype of the movie was enormous but it failed to reach the expectations. -

- This is first combination of Gopichand and Krishna Vamsi.
- Tapsee paired with Gopichand for the first time. Later both teamed again for “Sahasam”
- Kalyani Mallik was roped to provide music for this film but Krishna Vamsi replaced with Babu Shankar an ad film music director.
- Second heroine of the film Shraddha Das sported in bikini in a song in this film. The song became talk of the T’town.
- Cinematographer Srikanth made debut with this film.
