Arjun (Kalyan Ram) is the son of industrialist Harish Chandra Prasad (Karthik) who lock horns with Central Minister Baireddy (Rao Ramesh). He exposes Baireddy scam in public and as a result ends up resigning his central minister post. A fuming Baireddy decides to finish Harish Chandra Prasad and in the process join hands with Bhavani Shankar (Sampath Raj) who is also in tiff with Harish Chandra Prasad.

Rest of the story is about betrayal, family rivalry, various murder attempts on Harish Chandra Prasad and the twists and turns that take place in the story in the process.

Kalyan Ram looks good on screen and comes up with a decent performance. However, he had to put efforts in improving his dialogue delivery and action in emotional sequences. His usually good action sequences some how looked pale. May be due to use of slow motion for 3D effects.

The characters of Nikesha Patel (Anjali) and Kriti Kharbanda (Riya) causes major twists in the story but they do not have much to do. Senior actors Karthik and Suresh come up with a solid performance. Mirchi fame Sampath Raj is good in character with two different variations. Rao Ramesh is very entertaining with his Srikakulam accent. Rest of them are okay in their roles.

Cinematographer Suneel Reddy is wielding Megaphone for the first time with 'OM'. The story is really interesting with nice twists and turns. But Suneel missed the trick in executing it. The screenplay is awful. Moving the story back and forth only created confusion among the audience. Too much emphasis has been put on making the film in 3D and this might have also added extraburden on him. In short, he just failed to make the right use of all the resources in hand.

In general, Kalyan Ram takes good care of the music in his film but there is a remarkable failure in this movie. The album itself is an average fare with 2 songs picturized well. The back ground score does not add any weight to the movie. Thumbs down to Music composer Karthik!

The movie unit does not seem to have made the best use of 3D technology. 3D scenes lacked the punch and they haven't worked on embedding it at right places to maximize the effect. They boasted of having Hollywood technicians on board but are totally under used/misused. The director himself is a cinematographer formerly, but that did not help too. Gautham Raju's experience is not felt in editing. Action sequences lack the punch.

Kalyan Ram perhaps should ease the burden on himself by leaving the production. He tread a dangerous path of investing a whopping budget on himself with out calculating the risk and that braveness did not help him. Perfect business is not about investing money, it is all about investing money on the right project at the right time.

The first half of the movie is pretty bad, interval bang being the saving grace and second half is good with some unexpected twists every now and then. But the irony is people may not have patience to sit through the entire first half.
