The cops of Hyderabad arrest a dreadful ISI terrorist Masood. Then the ISI team sends Azhar (who gets trained in ISI) to Hyderabad to create riots and communal tension in the city. Azhar comes to Hyderabad and stays with his brother Amjad. Meanwhile he plots for Masood’s release.
Radha Krishna (Srikanth) is a sincere and powerful cop. His ladylove Swathi (Sonali Bendre) gets killed by ISI forces. The rest of the story is how Koti, Amjad and Radha Krishna fight against the ISI forces.
