‘Aashiqui’ which was released on 23 July 1990 became popular predominantly because of its music and even today the songs and music are still as popular as it was then. The Bhatt camp that made ‘Aashiqui’ is now arriving with the sequel of it after two decades, starring Aditya Roy Kapoor and Shradda Kapoor (daughter of Bollywood’s baddie Shakti Kapoor) in the lead roles. Now this film’s music is also creating waves and has topped the chartbusters.
The music of Aashiqui – 2 is composed by Mithoon, Jeet Ganguly and Ankit Tiwari. Mohit Suri is directing this romantic love story. The movie is due to release on 26th April. But will the sequel create magic as the original did? We have to wait and see!
