Avika Gor aka Anandi is very much familiar to small screen audience. Hailing from Maharashtra, this Telugu-looking-girl first appeared in ‘Balika Vadhu’ on Colors TV, from 2008 to 2010. Later, she jumped to the big screen and did small roles in Hindi films such as Tezz, Paathshala, and Morning Walk. Now, her first Telugu film titled ‘Uyyala Jampala’ is all set to release on 25th December.
However, it is known to us that the new generation in TFI is following the adage – “Make hay while the sun shines” but Avika Gor seems to have made her hay even before the sun shine. Yeah, according to a source, prior to Uyyala Jampala, Avika Gor has signed three films for producer Ram Mohan and she has also agreed a couple of Telugu projects. With many other filmmakers making a beeline to cast Avika in their movies, the young actress has turned busy in choosing them.
In the meantime, let us wait for her first release Uyyala Jampala starring the popular short film actor Raj Tharun in the lead role. The script of the film has been written by Virinchi Varma and Ram Mohan has produced it. Swamy Ra Ra fame Sunny MR has scored the audio album, which was unveiled yesterday and Vishwa Devabattula has handled the cinematography.
