Come what may, she is not done yet!
She is always there for her fans – be it films, songs or special performances!
If you think she is all about dances, appearances and money, no… definitely NOT!
For her upcoming lady oriented ‘Pratigatana’ [titled after Vijayasanthi’s popular film by the same name], she did not take a penny as remuneration! The film is supposedly about social issues especially the safety of women in our society and a woman’s acute retaliation to it. Impressed by the story, Charmi has reportedly acted in the film without taking remuneration. Not just Charmi, but ace composer M.M. Keeravani and senior cinematographer S. Gopal Reddy have also signed the film without taking a penny, just because of the impressive story. The film has completed shooting and is under post-production work. Senior filmmaker Thammreddy Bharadwaja is planning to release the film as early as possible.
Actor turned politician Vijayasanthi’s Pratigatana (1986), directed by T. Krishna was a big hit. And now, with the same name and top-notch cast and crew, this film is also gearing up to create history.
