Most of us might not… but successful director Srinu Vaitla is still grounded. He has come a long way with hits and blockbusters but he still remembers his days as an assistant director. He shares one such memorable experience with none other than Nandamuri Balakrishna on the honorable stage of Legend Audio launch.
That was the movie Prananiki Pranam starring stalwarts like Balakrishna, Mohan Babu et al, directed by Thatineni Rama Rao. And Srinu Vaitla memorizes his first day on the sets clapping for the first time, that too on Balayya Babu. “73B/17A Take 1” is his first clap with the clap board recalls the ace director.
Anything with a Legend like Nandamuri Balakrishna is memorable…right?
