Not satisfied with an average response for his previous film Biriyani, Venkat Prabhu has worked hard on preparing a commercial pot-boiler and is now all set for his next directorial. On the other hand, hero Surya is currently said to be super busy with his film Anjaan that’s being directed by Linguswamy. Surya will be seen in a double role and Samantha is the heroine in Anjaan.

As per the latest reports, Venkat Prabhu will be directing Tamil super star Surya in his untitled project. The official launch of this entertainer will be happening on April 14th and the regular shooting will be starting from the month of May. As of now, Shruti Hassan is being considered for the lead actress role and we might get an official confirmation from the makers very soon. Yuvan Shankar Raja will be composing the music for this stylish drama and more details will be revealed soon!
