Star producer Dil Raju has this habit of introducing new talent and nourishing their skills. More than that, he is also renowned for repeating the directors on his banner. He doesn’t always repeat only the successful directors those were introduced by him, but also the ones who had given a disaster for him. Yes, this is true!

Dil Raju has introduced many young directors like: Sukumar [with Aarya], Boyapati Srinu [with Bhadra], Bhaskar [with Bommarillu], Vamsi Paidipally [with Munna], Srikanth Addala [with Kotha Bangaru Lokam], Vasu Varma [with Josh], Venu Sriram [with Oh My Friend], etc... Out of them, most of them have tasted success on their debut itself. Even with a failure, they have managed to get the 2nd project from the star producer himself and proved their talent.

In spite of delivering a dud like Munna with Prabhas, Vamsi Paidipally was provided with a 2nd chance with Brundavanam and it went on to become a huge hit. Surprisingly, Vamsi’s 3rd film [Yevadu] was also produced by Dil Raju...

And, as per the latest reports – Vasu Varma will be directing Dil Raju’s next film Lover with Sai Dharam Tej in the lead role. Vasu debuted with a disaster named Josh and hasn’t got even a single offer after that. Looking at this, Dil Raju has taken the responsibility of re-launching him with Lover. Looking at this, we can easily say that Dil Raju has a great quality of owning the failures of his directors and taking the responsibility of grooming their careers. Great going!
