These are the general route maps of any heroine in any Indian “wood”. And even now, nothing has happened any different to the routine - Just for a small change! Indraja, a yesteryear heroine who is popular with films like Sogasu Chooda Tarama, Yamaleela etc has eventually faded out after films like Pichodi Chetilo Raayi (1999) and Sammakka Sarakka (in 2000). She has been busy with Malayalam films and Tamil TV serials later on.
Though she was featured as a villain in a Telugu soap (TV Serial) Sundarakanda, she never thought of hitting the silver screen (May be no one encouraged her!). Looks like, she has got some encouragement now with supporting actor and upcoming hero Ajay’s film. Ajay is one convicted hero who is trying out his luck with one or the other film over years. And this upcoming untitled film directed by debutant Koti is one such project where he is playing a dual role.
Now this is in where, the name ‘Indraja’ jumped in. According to sources, she is playing the wife of Ajay (one in the dual) in the film. However, the makers refused to disclose the characters of Ajay and details of Indraja’s role too. So, whether Indraja is a playing a young wife or a senior citizen is a suspense for now!
