For any actor there exists a dream role that he/she desires to do. Of course, most of the time it just remains as a dream but still the actors don’t give up and are constantly in the hot pursuit of that role. It appears that the versatile and talented actor Tanikella Bharani is also of no exception to it.

It is heard that even Bharani has a dream role and that is to essay the character of Sakuni in the epic ‘Mahabharatam’. Earlier this role was donned by Lingamurthy in 50s, 60s, then the iconic role was done by CSR and he took it to a new level. This was then passed onto Dhoolipala and he also shined high with the role.

But these days such genre of movies are not being made so it has to be seen if Bharani’s dream will ever be fulfilled. Once, the big director S S Rajamouli reportedly said he would do ‘Mahabharatam’ as his dream project. If he does it then Bharani can be given that chance. Sometime back, the late AVS also did the same role along with Nandamuri Balakrishna onstage during Vajrotsavalu and hogged the limelight. Well, best of luck Tanikella Bharani!
