Superstar Mahesh Babu completes 15 glorious years as a Hero.

He made his dream debut as Rajakumarudu in the year 1999 under the direction of K. Raghavendra Rao and produced by Aswini Dutt. And he became the most lovable ‘Prince’ of the Tollywood Empire.

The movie released on 30th of July, 1999 and went on to be a successful 100 days film minting over Rs 15 crores [a figure equivalent to some Rs. 50 crores or even above today].

Besides having some chartbusting music by Mani Sharma, the movie has gorgeous Preeti Zinta opposite Mahesh Babu. This film marks the first combination of

* Mahesh Babu – Mani Sharma: who later gave hits like Vamsi, Takkari Donga, Bobby, Okkadu, Arjun, Athadu, Pokiri, Athidi and Khaleja.

We know awards are nothing new to Mahesh Babu. He opened his ‘Awards’ account with his debut film itself. He won the prestigious Nandi Award for Best Debut (Male) for Rajakumarudu.

Mahesh Babu kept enthralling his fans with every film he has made and even emerged as one of the finest Indian actors that Tollywood can always boast about. Awards, Brand endorsements, Box-office collections and what not! He has always made Tollywood proud even at international arena.
