The magnum opus Baahubali has been progressing briskly with its shooting and though it is a long term project, its director S S Rajamouli is planning with precision. Given the costs involved, the team is looking to take the film to maximum avenues in different forms and promote it in the most aggressive manner.
Now, it is heard that a game might also be in the making. Recently, a videogame based on the Tamil film Anjaan (coming in Telugu as Sikinder) was released and this is more of a car race. Now something like that is being planned for Baahubali as well and it would be involving different types of battles and swordfights.
As of now, it is too early to reveal further details but inside talk is that this is also part of the plan. Generally, the video game buffs are fascinated by historical stuff and games that involve wars, horses and swords. If this is true it remains to be seen whether Rajamouli will make it as emotionally engrossing as his films.
