When not shooting, the daily activity of director Puri Jagannadh is to sit down, keep writing stories and come up with creative thoughts. But these days it is heard that he is not finding time for that because he has become a Guide. Wondering where and how? That is for his new office. News is that many cinema celebrities are flooding in at Puri’s office that was named as ‘Cave’.
Whoever is coming, he is busy showing them the entire setup. Those who have seen it say there is no such office like that for any film personality in India. To name few highlights, a total of 19 Mac computers are provided for staff and cubicles are there for his assistant directors which are just like cabins for corporate chiefs.
There are not just plug points but also chargers for smart phones. Seeing the office, one can understand how a state-of-the-art office can be made keeping in view the comfort of the employees by looking at ‘Cave’. Puri has also got a high platform place done and set up a library which contains film related stuff.
There is one big screening room wherein all world cinema DVDs and Blu Ray discs are kept. Apart from that, there is a facility for food with kitchen and at the strike of a bell, everything will come to them. ‘Cave’ has been built at an area of 1800 plus sq yards at Jubilee Hills. It would take some time before Puri can come out of his Guide job then.
