Shruti Hassan learned music at the Musicians Institute in California, USA. She made her debut as a singer at 6 years of age in llaiyaraaja’s music director for her father’s film Thevar Magan. Now, interestingly Shruti is singing for her sister Akshara Hassan’s Bollywood debut launch vehicle movie Shamitabh for which Ilaiyaraaja is the music director.
