The element of nudity has a wide gap when it comes to Hollywood and Bollywood. But in the last few years, Bollywood has been doing everything possible to keep pace with the world cinemas in terms of skin show. Thankfully, the censor board and moral policing in our country has held their reins.

This is one reason why anything which crosses the line gets a red signal. News is that the movie Rang Rasiya has been stalled from release by the court. The reason for that is the complaint filed by Indradevi Kunjamma, granddaughter of the legendary painter Raja Ravi Varma. She has reportedly filed the petition complaining about the levels of nudity in the movie.

Apparently, the film’s director Ketan Mehta had once mentioned that this movie is based on the life of Raja Ravi Varma. And the film is filled with steamy intimate scenes between Randeep Hooda who essayed the role of the painter and his muse Nandana Sen. Indradevi is reportedly miffed with the way her grandpa’s nudity is being projected. The court has reportedly ordered that the film can be released only if the makers announce it has nothing to do with Raja Ravi Varma’s life. Let us see what happens.
