When you heard the word Tiger you get reminded of the beautiful wild animal in the forest. But this Tiger got a new definition due to a leader who was nothing short of a demigod to a sect of people. We are talking about Velupillai Prabhakaran, the founder of Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE).

Today, LTTE is extinct but there are those who often express their solidarity to the deceased Sri Lankan Tiger. As part of that, a new movie is now catching attention. It is titled as Pulipaarvai and sources say this revolves around Balachandran Prabhakaran, the twelve year old son of Prabhakaran who was shot dead by the Sri Lankan army.

The film is directed by Praveen Gandhi and it is scheduled for a release in November 2014. Till date, the LTTE and Tiger Prabhakaran is remembered by many groups in Tamil Nadu and it remains to be seen how this film will be received by the actual Tamil audience.
