Many of you have been watching the comedy program ‘Jabardasth’ on TV and have appreciated the true talent of the participants. However, there are those times when certain participants have inadvertently said or done something that has rubbed a few on the wrong side.
Few months ago, it was Harish Koyalagundla who had an issue with fans of Prabhas for his skit. The latest in that fray is comedian Venu who experienced a much uglier situation. His skit and few comments on a particular community ended up with them coming near film chamber and bashing him up.
Despite the ugly incident, when media enquired him about the incident, he showed his maturity and wisdom by saying “They were angry and that’s why they attacked me physically. I can understand their feelings. Hence, I am apologizing.” At a time when film personnel do everything possible to create ruckus and gain more publicity, this is indeed a great gesture from comedian Venu.
