Plot:

Nithiin (Nithiin), a happy-go-lucky guy falls in love with Nandini (Mishti), a bubbly girl who desperately tries to rent the vacant pent house of Mr. Reddy (Nassar), an old colony secretary and temple trustee. He admires Nithiin for a heroic activity in the past but Nithiin gets vexed up with the beaming affection of Reddy. On a clause imposed by Nandini, Nithiin convinces Reddy to rent his pent house to Nandini. Eventually, Nandini gets close to Reddy. Nithiin and his family. When Nithiin wishes to admit his love to her, she flies off with Spain with Reddy. Why did Nandini come India, what are her intentions and how did Nithiin win her love forms the plot of the story.

Performance:

Nithin is playing the happy go lucky guy and the screenplay suited him the most. He has danced a lot in this movie, and it worked with the audience. We can easily say that he excels with another successful rom-com performance. Mishti, the lead heroine of the movie, has performed quite well in her debut movie. The glamor quotient of Misti is enjoyable. Her role was a witty one, and she suits it very well. Her movie co-star Dhanya Balakrishna helped her with the diction and pronunciation and it seems came up effectively.  The fresh leading pair and their chemistry is the highlight of the film.

Direction:

A. Karunakaran does not have a great track record, and this movie too will not gain him that much needed critical acclaim. He has not experimented much here and came up with a feel good script which might work with the audience.

Music:

The audio track of the film released on Nov, and it gained well praiseworthy appreciation among the critics. Anup Rubens, the music composer of the movie, has an excellent track record with Nithin, and it shows here. All the songs are penned down superbly by Krishna Chaitanya. The songs add to the flow of the movie quite well. Out of the six tracks, Chinnadana Neekosam title song is the most delightful number. The title song is a huge chartbuster among the mass audience.   Another notable soundtrack would be “Ooh La La" which is sung by Anup himself. The peppy number "Everybody Chalo All I Wanna Say" and the party track "Dil Dil Dil” are ably mixed in the plot.  All in all, it is a feel good kind of an album.

Others:

Comedy part of Ali in the second half is hilarious and would be appreciated immensely. Once again, the Pawan Kalyan connection could be seen. No wonder, as Nithin is a die-hard fan of him.

Verdict:

As said, it’s a simple romantic comedy movie and one should not expect much from the script. The fresh lead pair is the biggest draw more than the screenplay. Story wise nothing is new for the offering. Trade expects Chinnadana Nee kosam to be a real money spinner. Nithin is all set for his hat-trick success.
