Our understanding of an actor would generally mean he should be able to perform in front of the camera and show different histrionics. But in Tollywood, there are those actors who are gifted with different talents and some of them are now putting them to good use. The classic example for that is the young hero Kamal Kamaraju.
Kamal is not just an architect by qualification but he is also a proven actor. Recently, he displayed another talent of his which is painting. Kamal came up with an art exhibition and this was held at the famous Muse Art Gallery at Marriott hotel. The show was organized by the famous socialite Kaali Sudheer.
Many were excited at the artworks and were keen to buy those paintings. This kind of response doesn’t happen for all artists. But Kamal has a certain element of fame as a film actor and based on his brand value, his artworks would get a good range of price. As an artist, Kamal is doing great things. The film aura helps in other businesses. For instance, Kuchipudi Venkat did two films as a director and now he has set up a chain of restaurants and is minting money. As such, Kamal is yet to taste proper success but his art expo is getting an overwhelming response. It would be on till January 21. So if you are an art lover, you know where to go.
