All of you are well aware of the distinct line between the films across the world and in India in terms of nudity. Here, the concept of nudity has its own perspective and in fact it differs between the north and south as well. For instance, Nandana Sen offered her nudity in the film Rang Rasiya and it got a classic appeal.

In Tollywood, Ramyasree offered a similar nudity in the film O Malli but instead of classic appeal it got reactions that it is a desperate act. The difference between north and south is the branding and packaging. Right from the times of Simi Garewal, Mandakini, Zeenat Aman, that nudity got classic appeal but in south it has not been so. A film named Rathinirvedam came here. There was no nudity but the very title stirred emotions.

On the other hand, the latest version of Kama Sutra failed to appeal due to Sherlyn Chopra’s overaction. Similarly, Nasha didn’t work due to Poonam Pandey’s over exposing off the screen. Doing nudity only for a movie brings classic appeal. Aishwarya did some exposing in the Bengali movie Chokher Bali and earned good marks. This is because she never posed like that outside. That way, the image of the heroines also matter.
