Telugu comedian and TV Sitcom Jabardast participant ‘Jabardast’ Venu was arrested by the police on Tuesday night. On a complaint lodged by the Goud community representatives, Venu was detained by the police. He will be further produced in the court today.
Claiming that a recently aired skit by Venu in Jabardast TV Show hurt their sentiments, few members (claiming to be the representatives of Goud community) have physically attacked Venu at Filmnagar. Venu has passed his apologies; however, he is facing the music now.
