Have you heard the name Daya Nayak? In case you don’t, Daya Nayak happens to be a Mumbai based cop who is arguably India’s top most encounter specialist. During his tenure, he has the credit of killing more than 80 dreaded gangsters. He is currently posted in the Nagpur region.

Now, the talk happening in filmnagar is that the film Temper seems to be an inspiration from Daya Nayak’s life. The reason for that are the dialogues shown in teasers such as ‘Idhi Daya Gaadi Dandayatra’ ‘Naa peru Daya, naaku lenidhe adhi’. Of course, a huge response has come to these dialogues.

The moment all heard the name Daya, inspector Daya Naik was reminded. In the past, the eccentric genius RGV made a film Ab Tak Chappan in Hindi based on Daya Nayak’s life. It was later remade in Telugu as Siddham. So, here is the inside news. Daya is only a name used in Temper but the rest is fiction.
