For most of us, an achievement in the world of music is restricted very much to India but if you are aiming for something higher than that, then it is the Grammy Awards. This is the final destination for any singer and musician to prove his/her mettle. For many years, India has never been near this event.

But the story at the 57th Grammy Awards was something different. This is because two Indians have made the nation proud. The first person is Ricky Kej, a Bangalore based dentist whose passion is music and he won the Grammy for the Best New Age Album for his album ‘Winds Of Samsara’.

The second Indian happens to be Neela Vaswani and she had narrated the audio version of a book named ‘I Am Malala: How One Girl Stood Up For Education And Changed The World.’ Neela got the ‘Best Children’s Category’ Award. iQlik congratulates these two Indians and feels proud for their achievement.
