Ram Charan's Easiest Fitness Tip

In order to be a hero, the fundamental requirement is to have a fit body and that sets an example to others. In that matter, mega powerstar Ram Charan has been quite good at keeping himself fit and this caught the attention of someone. Apparently, Charan was part of the famous show Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu.

He was on hot seat and two girls asked him “How do you maintain yourself and be so fit?”. For this, Charan gave an interesting answer. He said something like this “I don’t do workouts, I eat only homemade food. Whoever eats it they don’t become overweight and are always in good shape”.

Well, it doesn’t mean Charan never hits the gym. He has his share of physical activities but what he meant was by having home food, it contributes in a large way to curb fat growth and cholesterol in the body. Incidentally, many big names of the industry like Brahmanandam, Jr NTR and others get food from their home only to the shooting spots. Make a note then!
