In 2006, a movie is made on a huge budget that usually equalled a big hero’s film budget and that too it was with two debutants in the leads. The movie was Devadasu and the debutants are Ram and Ileana. The man behind this successful feat is none other than YVS Chowdary.
His fame went down due to back to back flops but he never compromised on the production values. His upcoming film Rey has a complex song that comes in the pre-climax and runs up to the climax. This is a unique song that features electrifying dances and high voltage action sequences as well. This song was choreographed by Prem Rakshit master and was picturized for 35 longs days nonstop.
Guess the estimated cost for this entire song? It was around Rs 2 Crores! YVS made this small film no less than a biggie with a total budget of about Rs 37 crores. Once again it proves that, YVS always believes in content rather than star cast. We wish YVS Chowdary, Sai Dharam Tej and the entire team of Rey good luck ahead.
