Uttama Villain producer C Kalyan who is touted to be absconding from a while finally surrenders in Jubilee Hills PS today.
The producer who was booked under 507 & 509 sections of the IPC upon a complaint lodged by a lady doctor with whom Kalyan indulged in a scuffle regarding an apartment that shall be demolished in the Metro Rail project.
C Kalyan was charge of intimidating and causing damage to the modesty of the lady doctor. As per latest sources, the controversial producer shall be obtaining bail at the earliest. Meanwhile, his Uttama Villain film has fallen flat at the box-office but despite failures he is producing a film with Ram Gopal Varma as well.
