The evergreen handsome actor Sobhan Babu will always be remembered for his unique acting skills, memorable family entertainers and amazing looks. It was indeed a great achivement for Sobhan Babu to resist competition from his contemporaries like Sr.NTR and ANR by making a good impact on Telugu people. In fact, Sobhan Babu has a huge female following as well. But now, it is really sad to see his memorable statue get attacked by agitators near his residence in Chennai.
What caused this instigation? Our sources say that the main reason for this was because the Tamil Nadu government removed former LTTE cheif Prabhakaran's statue which set emotions high. Veeralakshmi, the leader of Tamizhar Munnetrapadai despised government's act as unforgivable and led the agitators to cause the trouble. The police arrived in time to stop the attack and arrested seventeen agitators along with their leader as well.
It is saddening to see Art and Cinema become an obvious target of Political drama and emotional surge once again. Let us hope that such incidents would cease to repeat in near future.
