Given the fact that you tend to form your first and best impressions of a movie based on its title, a lot of brain-work goes behind coining it. And if it is the film of someone like power star Pawan Kalyan then such exercise is more stringent. True to that, the new project of Pawan is titled as Sardar.

Apparently, there is a story that goes behind finalizing this title. It is known that the supposed prequel was titled as Gabbar Singh and this was based on the immortal character in the masterpiece Sholay. In that, there is also a famous dialogue which goes ‘Sarkar…maine aapka namak khaya hai..’.

Taking a cue from that, the makers wanted to title this new movie as Sarkar but since it is already used in Bollywood by RGV, the title has been changed to Sardar. Yet again, this title has created chaos and a strong stir among Pawan’s fans and cine buffs. The right kind of expectations have been set through this.
