Bhale Bhale Magadivoy is a peculiar love story starring talented Nani and Andala Rakshasi fame Lavanya Tripathi in lead roles.  The film is produced by prestigious Geetha Arts and directed by small budget film wonder Maruthi. Music for the film is composed by the melodious Gopi Sunder and here is an iQlik exclusive audio review of the album:

The peppy album begins with Bale Bale supported by recurring rhythm section and powerful vocals by Karthik and Mohana Bhogaraju.  Lyrics by Bhaskarabhatla are trendy and funky at the same time. The overall composition has a positive aura and great fun moments. The tune is quite catchy and the track scores a winner in the first shot!

In amazing contrast the album shifts to carnatic fusion with Endharo sung by classy Runeka Arjun. Ramagogayya Sastry does a brilliant job in rehash of lyrics from Thyagaraja’s eternal composition Endaro Mahanubhavulu. The amazing violin in carnatic style blends effortlessly with live drumming and piano touches. This track redefines the aura of this album in fusion brilliance.

How How is a breezy solo sung with contemporary sequencing and foot tapping rhythm. Karthik who usually sings sweet melodies comes out of his box by delivering a funky number! This track is inquisitively brilliant with lovely guitar touches and timely string section. One can see a faint influence of Why This Kolaveri Di but Gopi Sundar makes it all the more enjoyable with his own perspective.

The album takes over a new dimension with a progressive melody Motta Modatisaari supported brilliantly by poetic lyrics penned by Ramajogayya Sastry. The chord progression is quite unpredictable and keeps the listener guessing. The usage of children in chorus for a feel good romantic song is a great move!

The feel good journey comes to an end with Hello Hello sung by two extremely talented singers of South India- Karthik and Chinmayi. Interestingly, Chinmayi sings more in Western style which makes it even more enjoyable. The heavenly guitar strums take the listener through a one way ticket to bliss! The interludes are laced well with foot tapping yet meditative rhythm beats.

Verdict:

Bhale Bhale Magadivoy is a sure shot winner from talented composer Gopi Sunder. Nani manages to consistently get a brilliant musical album for his film once again!
