After the tsunami that the magnum opus Baahubali created, many were curious to know what is going to be the next project of the tough taskmaster S S Rajamouli. Of course, he now has ‘Bahubali-The Conclusion’ but all are unable to wait for some more time. So, here is an inside report on that.
It is known that Rajamouli has got a movie with superstar Mahesh Babu and the title is being considered as Garuda. But then sources say he is still in two minds whether to take off with Garuda or commence his dream project based on Mahabharata.
Meanwhile, Mahesh would be wrapping up Brahmotsavam and his other movie with Puri Jagannadh. Sources say Rajamouli wants to do the Mahabharat project based on inspiration from ‘Parvaa’ a book written by Kannada writer Bhairappa. It got Kendra Sahitya Award and it is a very realistic depiction of Mahabharat which revolves around politics, power, human emotions, psychology and no magic. This has a very universal appeal. Well, let us wait to see what Rajamouli does.
