Every young person in South India who grew up in the 90s decade would remember the chocolate boy actor Madhavan who made debut in Mani Ratnam’s Sakhi. Though he began as a tender lover boy in the first film, this doesn’t mean he can do other style films as well.
He is best remembered for many wonderful portrayals in movies such as Amrutha, Rang De Basanti, and of course the blockbuster film 3 Idiots. It is a well known fact that the Kollywood blockbuster Thani Oruvan is going to be remade in Telugu with Ram Charan in the lead and directed by Surender Reddy. While there are many names which came up for the role of Aravind Swamy’s reprise in this version, the makers seem to zero in on Maddy for this character! This makes perfect sense because Madhavan also began his career as a handsome lover boy just like Aravind Swamy and extremely talented!
