Of course, it takes a lot of courage and conviction to deal with historical subjects and now one 17th century movie is gearing up for release in Bollywood. This is being touted as the competitor for the Tollywood magnum opus Baahubali. We are talking about the movie Bajirao Mastani being helmed by Sanjay Bhansali.
The film deals with the love story between the Brahmin Prime Minister of Maratha Empire Bajirao and the Muslim warrior Mastani. Recently the trailer was unveiled and those who saw it were in awe of the grandeur. The big question is, will it give competition to Baahubali. The film is releasing in December and we will know the answer then.
