The small film wonder Maruthi has reached the top league filmmakers with his recent hit Bhale Bhale Magadivoy starring Nani and Lavanya Tripathi in lead roles. However, this ambitious director was planning to make a film with Victory Venkatesh which has been dragging for quite some time till now.
This film which was titled Radha was touted to be a political backdrop film and reached the sets as well. Just when the film also began its promotional formalities, it shelved because of copyright issues.

The unnerved Maruthi planned another script now with Venky again and this film would star his favourite lady luck Nayanatara as the heroine. This project is titled Radha Krishna and interestingly, Maruthi chose Nayanatara for the previously shelved project as well.
It is wonderful to see that Maruthi has followed the so called ‘Radha’ as well as the female lead sentiment without getting bogged down by temporary hiatus!
