Vicky Donor (2012) is a heartening Hindi movie starring Ayushmann Khurana & Yami Gautam in the leads with a really offbeat yet thoughtful concept of ‘Sperm Donation’ and it was well received by the audience.
Actually this is a universal concept with a potential of reaching wider audience. Hence, Telugu producers eyed upon this film and even planned to remake it in Telugu with Sumanth in the lead role. However this did not materialize but now this remake has again hit the headlines. Latest reports reveal that young hero Sumanth Ashwin shall feature in this remake that shall be produced by a popular producer and wiil be directed by a debutant named Mallik Ram. This project shall hit the floors soon and further details of the remaining cast and crew shall be announced very soon.
Well, young fledgling star Sumanth Ashwin is making an interesting move here and the advent of such stories is indeed a welcoming gesture in Tollywood.
