Megastar Chiranjeevi finally responds on the ongoing copyrights issue of his forthcoming film Kaththi remake.

Well there was a non-cooperation ultimatum from cine workers and directors association regarding the issue and they are committed to their stand even now. This issue is slowly being dubbed as Dasari vs Chiru conflict. The recent death hoax on Dasari has added fuel to the fire.

At this juncture Chiranjeevi has apparently opened up on this issue with his close associates like writers Parchuri Venkateswara Rao. Chiru has asked his team to wait and proceed only after the issue resolves. Meanwhile, Cine Workers Federation and Directions Association have today declared in a press meet that they shall continue their non-cooperation until the victim writer Narasimha Rao gets justice in the issue.

Actually this is reportedly a 16months old issue between Writers & Directors Associations here and South Indian Film Federation but is being misinterpreted. Writer Narasimha Rao has narrated the line to Tamil Superstar Vijay but somehow the project materialized with Murugadoss without compensation/credits to Narasimha Rao. The victim who moved the issue to South Indian Film Federation (Film Employees Federation of South India) was initially promised justice but later got a legal notice challenging his claim. Now Cine Workers Federation, Directors Association & few other groups have stood by Narasimha Rao fighting for justice.

So, all this is indirectly extended that Chiru’s Kaththi remake shooting that was initially expected to begin from February 2016 is further postponed. Let’s wait Mega fans for further announcement & clarification.
