Natural Star Nani is on cloud nine with back to back hits after experiencing a career slump before last year.
Nani’s latest offering Krishna Gaadi Veera Prema Gaadha is zooming ahead with solid collections in its first weekend. As per trade analysts, KVPG collected almost Rs 6Cr (gross) & Rs 3.75Cr (share) in both the Telugu states in the first three days. On the hand, Nani’s market in the US has increased multifold (due credits to Bhale Bhale Magadivoy) and with the same edge, KVPG has already crossed the ‘Half Million’ mark at the US box-office, according to latest reports. Not just that, KVPG has managed to mint above Rs 11 Cr (gross) worldwide in its first weekend.
This film was made on a budget of around Rs 11 Cr and Abhishek Pictures bagged the distribution rights for Rs 15 Cr which pretty much makes it table profit film for the producers (14 Reels). Moreover, there are no big releases around this week that can affect KVPG except Sunil’s Krishnashtami. So trade pundits predict that unless Sunil’s film bags a super hit talk, KVPG shall continue to break and make more records. Keep watching the space for more updates.
