Savitri is an upcoming entertainer starring Nara Rohit and Nandita in lead roles. Music is composed by Shravan and here is an iQlik exclusive audio review of the album:

The feisty album begins with Anagananga- a funky number with delicate touches of keyboard and accelerated with Hip-Hop beats. The interludes are fast paced and pave the beginnings for a stylish track.

It is time for a cool number Fly like a Bird with neat vocals and amazing orchestration. The song breathes freshness altogether and making it quite entertaining. The song has great positive aura associated with it.

Pillo o Pillo is a feel good melody sung by Hemachandra and Lalitha with great ease and mastery. The mild treble suits the ambience perfectly with trance like composition. The overall composition is quite laid back and relaxed with unique essence.

The album gathers pace with Maar Maar Theenmaar with foot tapping rhythm and at the same time has peppiness associated with it. The Hard rock riffs in between are even more enjoyable and fun. The interludes have an interesting blend of modern beats and folk rhythms.

On the contrary, a beautiful duet Chitramainadhi arrives next with unique classy touch as well as unpretentious folk style. Sai Charan and Chitra deliver a modern brilliant number with their respective vocals and the Carnatic classical violin solo in the interlude is a highlight.

The sweet finale occurs with Savitri- the title song which has House mix like orchestration as well as alternative rock styled progression. The song adds an inevitable mass touch but in an international flavor.

Verdict:
Savitri is a feel good album for Nara Rohit once again. Shravan does a commendable job in churning out interesting compositions which have peppiness as well as class.
