The latest set of National Awards have been announced and as always there is also a fair share of debates and discussions happening on the choice of the recipients. In that process, the tough taskmaster S S Rajamouli lost out on the best director award to colorful filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
Sanjay got the national award as the best director for his movie Bajirao Mastani. Many are discussing why Rajamouli missed it and what Bajirao Mastani has got in it to get Sanjay his award. The rationalists have taken this matter up and they have given their point of view.
According to them, in that venture the scope for human emotions, surrealistic mode in climax shots struck a chord and the symbolism that Sanjay Bhansali created with his scenes has scored more points than Rajamouli’s execution of Baahubali. Well, better luck next time Rajamouli.
