There are quite a few instances wherein the censor board has shocked the directors and producers of a movie by suggesting few cuts and beeps. The cine circuit believes it is a barrier to creative freedom while censor board’s essence is to ensure that moral policing and refining a product is much needed to this nation.
However, this time, instead of censor board shocking, one film is expected to shock the censor members. We are talking about the Bollywood flick Veerappan which has been helmed by the eccentric genius Ram Gopal Varma. Recently, the first look of the film was unveiled and got a good response.
Inside news is that a lot of censor cuts would be there with respect to violence and controversial dialogues and visuals. A prequel to this is already successful in Kannada and Telugu so it remains to be seen how the Bollywood censor board reacts to the whole movie.
