There was a time when it was considered and treated as a tradition and culture but eventually it became a way for making quick money by some crooked minds. We are talking about the ‘Benefit’ shows which are usually held for the star hero fans. This was going uncontrollable in Hyderabad.
Problem is, in the name of benefit shows, the organizers began fleecing the ticket buyers and each ticket was being sold for few thousands. Not just that, tempting the fans that the show would be at midnight, the first show takes place around 4 am or 5 am so fans have to spend whole night after spending a bomb.
Now, the Telangana government has taken a firm decision on this and put an iron foot. They have stopped giving permission to ‘Benefit’ shows as they know the real purpose behind it. With this, it is clear that all the star heroes are going to miss the benefit of the ‘Benefit’ shows.
