One of the biggest headaches and challenging aspects for any film is copyright issues. Right from the time a title or basic storyline is decided, the makers of the film are being bombarded with copyright problems.

Now, the popular hit Krrish-3 starring Hrithik Roshan and Kangana Ranaut has been stuck in a similar situation where a case has been filed on Rakesh Roshan alleging that the story has been copied from a novel called Suradhon by the author Roop Narayan Somkar.

Narayan alleged that his novel was published in the year 2010 and he wrote the concept of Maanvar- an amalgamation of human and an animal. Surprisingly, Krrish-3 is based on the exact same idea.

As per the allegations, a case has been filed against Rakesh Roshan in Mumbai and investigation is going on. Already, Rakesh’s son Hrithik has been in severe controversy with his affair with Kangana Ranaut and this would be another shock for him.
